This Policy is intended to clearly define SprayLogic's role as a technology provider, allocate responsibility appropriately, and limit liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Role of SprayLogic

SprayLogic provides software tools for recordkeeping, mapping, scheduling, reporting, weather display, and operational support. SprayLogic:

  • Acts solely as a technology service provider
  • Acts as a data processor / service provider, not the data owner
  • Does not operate aircraft, drones, or agricultural equipment
  • Does not provide aviation, agronomic, meteorological, medical, legal, tax, or regulatory advice
  • Does not assume responsibility for operational decisions
Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to FAA, EPA, state agricultural, environmental, labor, licensing, and recordkeeping requirements.

SprayLogic does not independently verify, audit, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or regulatory sufficiency of Customer Data.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and lawful collection of all data entered into the Services.

B. Location & Geospatial Data

The Services may process geolocation and mapping information when enabled or initiated by the customer, including:

  • GPS coordinates
  • Field boundaries
  • Polygon drawings
  • Acreage calculations
  • Flight areas
  • Timestamped geospatial records
Important Disclosures Regarding Location & Mapping Data
  • Location services are processed only when activated or used by the customer.
  • SprayLogic does not independently track users outside platform functionality.
  • Geospatial data may be derived from user input, device sensors, or third-party mapping providers.
No Accuracy Warranty:

Mapping features, polygon measurements, acreage calculations, boundary overlays, and related geospatial outputs are estimates provided for informational and recordkeeping purposes only.

SprayLogic:

  • Does not guarantee accuracy of GPS data
  • Does not guarantee accuracy of acreage or polygon calculations
  • Does not guarantee boundary precision
  • Is not responsible for discrepancies in field measurements
  • Is not responsible for regulatory consequences resulting from inaccurate geospatial data
Customers are solely responsible for independently verifying field boundaries, acreage, and regulatory requirements before conducting operations.

C. Weather Data & Third-Party Data Integrations

The Services may display or integrate weather data, forecasts, radar information, wind speed, temperature, precipitation data, and related meteorological information obtained from third-party weather API providers.

Important Weather Disclaimers

  • Weather data is provided by third-party sources.
  • SprayLogic does not control or independently verify weather data.
  • Weather information may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable.
  • SprayLogic does not guarantee the reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of any weather information.
Weather data is provided strictly for informational purposes.

SprayLogic is not responsible for:

  • Spray drift incidents
  • Regulatory violations
  • Environmental damage
  • Operational losses
  • Decisions made in reliance on weather information displayed in the Services
Customers are solely responsible for verifying real-time field conditions and complying with all applicable label requirements and regulations.

D. Automatically Collected Technical Information

We may automatically collect:

  • IP addresses
  • Device identifiers
  • Browser type and operating system
  • Usage logs and timestamps
  • System performance metrics
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies
This information is used for platform functionality, fraud prevention, security monitoring, analytics, and system improvement.

3. How We Use Information

We use information solely to:

  • Provide and maintain the Services
  • Enable mapping, scheduling, reporting, and recordkeeping features
  • Display third-party weather data
  • Process subscriptions and payments
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve platform reliability and performance

  • Comply with lawful governmental requests
SprayLogic does not sell Customer Data and does not use Customer Data for advertising or data brokerage.

4. Data Ownership & Responsibility

  • Customers retain all ownership rights in Customer Data.
  • SprayLogic receives a limited, non-exclusive license to process Customer Data solely to provide the Services.
Customers are solely responsible for:
  • Data accuracy and completeness
  • Compliance with laws and regulations
  • Operational decisions
  • Chemical application decisions
  • Aviation safety decisions
  • Reliance on mapping or weather data
SprayLogic is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from use of the Services.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

SprayLogic does not sell Customer Data.

Information may be disclosed only:

  • To contracted service providers under confidentiality obligations
  • When required by valid legal process, subpoena, or governmental authority
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
  • At the direction of the customer

6. Data Retention

Customer Data is retained for the duration of the account and as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the Services
  • Enforce contractual rights
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes
Deletion requests may be honored subject to legal retention requirements and technical backup limitations.

7. Security Measures

SprayLogic implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.

However:

  • No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
  • SprayLogic disclaims liability for unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials.
Use of the Services is at the customer's own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability (Privacy-Related)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SprayLogic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
  • SprayLogic shall not be liable for inaccuracies in location, mapping, polygon, acreage, or weather data.
  • SprayLogic shall not be liable for regulatory penalties, environmental damage, or operational losses.
  • Aggregate liability shall be limited as set forth in the applicable Terms of Service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party hosting providers, mapping services, weather APIs, analytics providers, and payment processors.

SprayLogic is not responsible for the privacy practices, security controls, or data accuracy of third-party services.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business use only and not for individuals under 18 years of age.

11. Changes to This Policy

SprayLogic may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
